Atlantis Found?

Probably not Atlantis, as I feel that Atlantis was found on the island of Santorini just off the costs of Greece and Italy. However, this find on the floor of the Atlantic Ocean is still very interesting in it's own right. This image was seen on the NOAA / NAVY surveys of the ocean floor - the ones used to general Google Earth photos. However, it is also seen on other maps of the ocean floor from various other agencies at various other times and to various other scales.

As can bearly be seen in the image above there are what appear to be city streets on the floor of the ocean. The image is at 31.404883221 degrees N by -24.41347612 degrees W, and at an altitude of 5,461 meters below sealevel.

The official explanation is that they are "echos" from the sonar used to map the floor - well, yes, as that is what all the lines are - because THAT IS HOW SONAR works! But even if it was some sort of interference, it would not occur in various other sources. It could just be a very interesting natural occurance on the floor of the ocean, but it would be nice to find out.

What if...

What if during the 1930's, after the Battle of Great Brittan, the one Horton Brother who could fly and was behind the idea didn't decide to test pilot their creations? What if ...

We'd have had to fight Stealth Fighters and Bombers, just like out F117 and B2s. The surviving ones were taken apart at the end of WWII and shipped back to the USA to stay underground in CA, and NV. They were then shipped to the Smithsonian - both by Dulles and their other facility by Andrews. Hitler wanted to use the Horton 229 (above - fighter) and the Horton 18 (much larger bomber) to deliver the payload promised by his scientists for 1947-1949 - the nuclear bomb. He wanted to use this against Moscow, England, as well as - and more importantly - New York and Washington.

Finally in 2008 (63 years after discover) they began a test to see if they were stealth. The planes were made of wood - almost entirely. They were also painted with a very high-carbon paint - think grinding charcoal into paint - but VERY high tech for it's day. You can also see the lines are nearly identical to the lines of our stealth planes of today. Amazing.

Thank goodness the Horton brother pilot flew it on its first flight. Just as he was landing, an engine went out and he crashed. The german's not having much money and having a nut leading them quickly cut the funding to the project...

The tests revealed that the planes would have been very difficult to see using the 1930-1940s radar. 20-40% reduction in the detection range... The stealth and speed advantage, it would take half the time of the fighters coming to get it to get in and bomb the targets... From approx 20-30 minute reation time down to almost 2 minutes response time to seeing them on the radar. The war would have changed.

MARS - interesting findings recently

Recenly, new data has proven what many scientists and "off-the-wall" folks have been saying for years. That Mars was a water covered planet and that something came along and changed this - i.e. something smacked into the side of the planet and caused the water to evaporate and cause the one side of the planet to look different than the other.

In addition NASA has stated that asparagus (my least favorite veggie) could grow in the Martian soil. Showing yet again that there was water, nutrients in the soil, and other facts which could have led to actual life on the planet...

I just find it a little interesting that these theories have been around for years and that parts of it are being proven finally. I long thought that it was odd that the astroid belt is in our system. All other areas formed into planets or were destroyed long ago. But the astroids in the belt are large enough to appear "recent." A large strike of some object onto Mars could have formed this belt and could also have formed other anomolies throughout the solar system...

Mars and the "planet x" theory

From the earliest times that I learned about the solar system, I always wondered why there'd be an astroid belt between Mars and Jupiter. It didn't make sense, even to a young boy. Why would it happen there and nowhere else, why would debris form instead of even a tiny planet?

The theory I thought of, later found and liked was that there was another planet at that spot. It has been shown that if there was, and it was hit by an extra-solar object. The object was large enough to knock Uranus' axis on its side, and destory "Planet X" (I think of as Eden).

The destruction of Eden (Planet X) allegedly formed Mars, the Moon, and other satellites around the solar system. If this is true, then it could give validation to many tales from ancient civilizations in the world who state that we (humans) came from another "garden" and were cast out.

1) I cannot locate the website which showed the effects of a large object passing thru our solar system and the destruction of this planet.

2) This is not to say that I 100% believe in these stories; however, I cannot rule out some of the information that would give me reason to want to get more research about the topic.

Mars itself has interesting geology. Less than one half is mountainous with hard bedrock, etc near the surface of the dust / debris. The other portion is relatvely smooth as though from molten surface that later started to have mountains form and other events reshape it.

Oceans flowed across the entire planet very quickly leaving a layer of dust and debris over everything which is very deep in many area... (As Erin Kraal, et al recently published http://www.nature.com/nature/journal/v451/n7181/abs/nature06615.html;jsessionid=9DA00EEC3F0600C59475579C9A3A2F24)

This was also reported in various other sources. Mars coverup?

I'm still annoyed that the following was put up on the BBC and removed within minutes (inserted text at the end of this post)... It isn't like such a real news organization to remove anything. They would typically leave the link and have something stating that an error was made and why the original posting was removed. I guess we'll never know how deep the control runs at nasa.

It is really ashame becuase nasa is spending billions and billions (there's the Carl Sagan ghost again) of TAXPAYERS' money to investigate many things including these areas only to give false photos (doctored) or no images (just links to all black) when they could easily end the babble on both sides of the argument by simply posting the actual photos that were taken live... NASA was set-up for the people as a non-miliatary, non-intelligence agency, although it has always been run by former or current CIA, DIA, NSA.

There have been many issues lately that leave questions unanswered. Most notably this:

The Times refers to the "Times of London." One of the oldest, most notable news organizations in the world... And they ran this... Clearly looks like it could be a humanoid figure... There were others where fossils were seen in the photos and nasa ground them up without taking closer images or running any additional tests...

I am not a conspiracy buff or nut, but come'on now - like I said it can be clearly ended by not holding back the photos for months and by actually puting the original images online without editing.
